Cecelia Catherine Loppy
Founder & Director - Catherine is a Project Manager, social entrepreneur, change advocate, award-winning author, speaker, and mentor to women, emerging professionals, and young people. A community leader, board director, and winner of the NAWIC National Crystal Vision Award for excellence in 2024.
Moreen Pakwan
Managing Director - Moreen is a social worker and entrepreneur with operational and strategic leadership experience. She is also a board director, community leader, mentor to women and young people, and group facilitator.
Nicole Fortuno
Adviser - Strategy, Marketing & Client Experience - Nicole is a change specialist in management and organisational strategy. Her approach blends creative insight with purposeful strategy to build initiatives that serve people, spark meaningful change, and cultivate a true sense of belonging. With a strong belief that real transformation occurs when purpose and action move in harmony, Nicole helps individuals, organisations, and communities align their vision with intentional impact. Through storytelling, strategic design, and a commitment to authenticity, Nicole brings clarity and connection to the work that drives change.
Dr Ayodele Oluyomi
Adviser & Strategist - A management consultant with experience in business analysis/data-driven decision-making, strategy, project management, digital product development and research. External and internal consulting experience across KPMG, Accenture, SMEs and Woolworths, with a career goal of helping organisations define and implement business transformation strategies.
